This is an adorable Austrian nodder !!!!

A stern little man stands at the edge of an ash tray & has his index finger raised up as if to tell you NO! NO!  NO ! Don’t smoke !

All the while he shaking his head !!!

I am not sure of the metal used to cast this but it was coldpainted originally. There is paint loss reflecting its age but it’s charm is undeniable. Under the ashtray it is marked AUSTRIA
