The first thing about buying fabric online is that all monitors distort color. I try to describe colors as best I can, but you may be much more sensitive & see subtle nuances & shades that I do not.
If you are blessed with a discerning eye and if the exact shade is important it is best to buy a swatch or buy from a neighborhood store and not online. You won’t be disappointed & they’ll appreciate the business !

ITEM DESCRIPTION : 

A very DELICATE ethereal  floaty pure silk  chiffon georgette that is a stunning rich black that has exquisite hand embroidered paisley medallions in silky black threads, iridescent bugle beads & sequins !  Very delicate 4.5 inch X 2 inch paisley medallions with floral designs are sprinkled on this exquisite fabric.  

Since this is hand embroidered there may be the occasional selvage loom tears where the fabric is stretched on a large loom to be embrodered . No damage beyond the selvages.

Nothing is strong or bold. This is one of the most feminine , restrained “PRETTY” fabrics I have !

My fabrics are single cuts & I can’t cut large chunks out of them as it causes problems for the person sewing. I will apply the $5 towards the purchase of that fabric.
