It has elastic in the back of the waist band for going from a 25″ to 28 inch waist size, hips at 39″ , a zipper & hook & eye closure finish it off. Back slit for ease of walking.
I sold this at my DC showroom for $$$$ but am selling off my remaining inventory after closing shop.
